Fall is coming!

Well.. it's that time of year again! Welcome Fall by adding artificial leaves to your home!

What you will need:

Wire (or xmas ornaments hooks)
Scissors
Artificial Fall leaves (found at any craft store or dollar store)
String Lights (found @ World Market)

Instructions:

Poke wire through leaf and bend close. Leave slack on wire as shown and cut with scissors. Bend wire to a hook shape, similar to an xmas ornament hook. Hang onto string lights and squeeze wire to secure.

SPRING DECOR FOR ONLY $1!

Create simple spring decor!

What you will need:

Artificial Flowers from Dollartree (I purchased 3)
Recycled Jars/Alcohol Bottles
Acrylic Paint or Food Coloring
Paint Brush
Scissors 
Ribbon (optional)
Water

Instructions:

Clean bottles and remove labels w/hot soapy water. Match acrylic paint to match the petals of flowers. The best paint to use is cheap paint! Try not to use the pricey stuff, it's all I had =(

Fill bottles with water. Apply paint to brush and dab before adding to bottle. Too much paint can cause globs in the water! Place lid and shake until paint has mostly dissolved. Remove lid and allow colored water to settle. Cut flowers to desired lengths and arrange to matching bottles like so.
