Dollar Store Cats


Spray paint dollar store figurines! 

 What you will need:

 Dollar store cats
Spray Paint
Tacky Glue
Gems

Instructions:

 Really not too much to this tutorial.. spray paint, allow to dry, and glue gems for the eyes.
